There is a level of intensity that will shape your experience and define your career – and it extends far beyond the PC and swivel chair. We encourage our people to get involved in a whole range of activities within the community – and that’s a great learning opportunity in itself. We’re a long-standing supporter of The Prince’s Trust, and in 2004 we committed a further £5 million for the Trust over five years to help young people in the UK's most deprived areas. More than 780 of our people have taken part in volunteering initiatives for the Trust in the last year, from raising money themselves to helping on a project. But there are lots of other projects that involve our employees.
