Each of our programmes has its own development structure that is relevant to that business. But in every case, graduates get help to develop key business skills, such as team building, project management, influencing, communicating and presenting. Plus there’s specific technical training whenever you need it. And you’ll also have the opportunity to continue studying for professional qualifications or take part in many of our Group-funded community programmes to develop skills such as leadership, communication and team working. While many of the courses will be part of your programme, the emphasis is on you driving your career.
