Easter Insight
If you’re in your first year at university, our two-week Easter Insight programmes will give you one of the best introductions to the financial world. You’ll also get to experience what a working week is like in this fast-paced and exciting environment. Whether you’re on a transaction-based finance team, working on business relationships or development, you’ll work with some of the most inspirational people in the business.
Ours is a team-orientated, customer-focused environment, so we’re looking for people who are natural communicators. You’ll also be someone who loves solving problems and finding even better ways of doing things.

Summer Internships
Our ten-week Summer Internship programmes offer an in-depth introduction to the business. During the internship you’ll learn what’s happening at the cutting edge of your chosen business area combined with hands-on experience, as you work with some of the industry’s leading experts. All of which will prove invaluable when choosing your future career path.
With an impressive academic record, you’ll be in your penultimate year at university and expecting at least a 2:1 in any discipline. Ours is a team-orientated, customer-focused environment, so we’re looking for people who are natural communicators. You’ll also be someone who loves solving problems and finding even better ways of doing things.
