We are responsible for delivering the major processes that underpin the services and products we offer across many of our brands. Here, you could be involved in managing a team within one of our operational centres, learning how to manage a team that could be as big as 30 people; or working in Head Office to identify and deliver processes across functions, considering the issues and needs of other business areas and managing the relationships and providing a solution that is applicable to everyone. You will gain broad business and operational exposure in a diverse and dynamic area.

Example project

The proposition of a youth debit card for teenagers has been identified as an area for consideration. So imagine you’re tasked with researching the market. What do teenagers want? You’d need to bring teenagers on board to test thinking and generate more ideas, ultimately developing a proposal that would stand up when you presented it to the Innovation Board.
