We believe our success lies in our ability to understand customers, think innovatively, act fast and deliver.

As a graduate on our Retail Business Leadership programme you can help shape our service and performance and grow our business from strength-to-strength. To ensure that you are equipped to do that you will experience a range of roles in different areas of our Retail businesses, each providing you with a range of different experiences which will enable to you to take your career in many different directions.

The programme will help you gain a real insight into our business and will prepare you to take on a pivotal role in our future growth. Further to that you will work closely with staff, playing an integral role in their career development. Whatever your remit, you’ll be involved in making a tangible difference to our operations.
